Subject: Information Notice pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 for the Processing of Personal Data

Data Controller

We inform you that, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: "Regulation"), your Personal Data will be processed by CALZATURIFICIO LE SIGNE s.a.s., headquartered at Corso Orbassano 462/A, as the data controller (“Controller”).

Purpose, Legal Basis, and Optional Nature of Data Processing

The Controller will process your personal data (Article 4.1 of the Regulation) collected via an online form, specifically name, surname, email address, for the following purposes:

a) Management of the dispatch of credentials for registration on the website lesigneofficial.com (e.g., Account Creation as a new Customer) and the provision of services offered through the reserved area.
The legal basis for the processing is the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at their request (Article 6.1.b of the Regulation).
Your Personal Data will be retained only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, respecting the principle of minimization under Article 5, paragraph 1, letter c) of the GDPR. In any case, your personal data will be retained for the time necessary for managing the contract. Further retention as provided by applicable law, including Article 2946 of the Civil Code, is reserved. More information is available from the Controller.
Providing your Personal Data is optional; however, without them, it will not be possible to complete the registration on the website and, consequently, execute the contract and/or pre-contractual measures.

For processing carried out for the purposes of direct mailing of its advertising material or direct sales, or for conducting its market research or commercial communications related to products or services similar to those purchased from the Controller, the latter may use, without the consent of the data subject, email and postal addresses within the limits permitted by Article 130, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and the decision of the Data Protection Authority of June 19, 2008.
The legal basis for processing your data for this purpose is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the Regulation. The data subject may object to such processing at any time, initially or on the occasion of subsequent communications, easily and free of charge, by writing to: info@lesigneofficial.com.
If you wish to object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes carried out with the means indicated here, or to withdraw the consent given, you may do so at any time by contacting the Controller at the contact details provided in this information notice, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.
The provision of your Personal Data for the above purposes is optional; there are no consequences in case of your refusal.

Your personal data will also be processed, with your specific consent, for the following purposes:
b) Sending promotional and marketing communications, including newsletters and market research, through automated tools (email) by CALZATURIFICIO LE SIGNE s.a.s.; it is specified that the Controller collects a single consent for the marketing purposes described here, in accordance with the General Provision of the Data Protection Authority "Guidelines on promotional activities and combating spam" of July 4, 2013; if, in any case, you wish to object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes carried out with the means indicated here, or to withdraw the consent given, you may do so at any time by contacting the Controller at the contact details provided in this information notice, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.
For the purpose of generic marketing, your Personal Data will be retained until the consent is revoked and/or the right to object is exercised and, in any case, no later than 24 months from the collection of the data, reserving the right, before the expiry of this period, to ask the user to renew consent and/or update the data. The legal basis for the processing for the above purposes is the expression of consent by the data subject to the processing of their personal data (Article 6.1.a of the Regulation).
Providing your Personal Data is optional; there are no consequences in case of your refusal.

Recipients of Personal Data

Your Personal Data may be shared with:

• Individuals authorized by the Controller to process personal data based on their work tasks and after signing a confidentiality agreement (e.g., employees and system administrators);
• Third-party entities contracted to manage the company's IT systems and web platforms, some of which act as Data Processors (Article 28 of the Regulation). For a complete and updated list of processors, write to info@lesigneofficial.com;
• Subjects, entities, or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your Personal Data by law or by order of the authorities.
  The data may be accessible to other companies of the Group for administrative-accounting purposes in accordance with Article 6.1.f of the Regulation and Recitals 47 and 48 of the Regulation.
  As for any transfer of Data to Third Countries, the Controller informs that the processing will take place according to one of the methods allowed by the applicable law, such as the consent of the data subject, the execution of a contract concluded between the data subject and the controller or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject; the conclusion or execution of a contract stipulated between the controller and another natural or legal person in favor of the data subject; the adoption of Standard Clauses approved by the European Commission, the selection of entities operating in countries considered safe by the European Commission. Methods of Data Processing

Concerning the purposes mentioned above, the processing of personal data is carried out using manual, IT, and telematic tools with logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, with methods that guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, in addition to compliance with the specific obligations set by law.

Your Privacy Rights (Articles 15 and following of the Regulation)

You have the right to request from the Controller, at any time, access to your Data, the rectification or deletion thereof, or to request the limitation of processing, or to obtain in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format the data concerning you in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation.
We also inform you that you have the right to object pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulation, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the data; for example, you may object at any time to the sending of direct marketing with automated tools (SMS, MMS, email, push notifications, fax) and non-automated tools (postal mail, telephone with operator); moreover, it remains possible to exercise this right in part, i.e., in this case, opposing, for example, only the sending of promotional communications carried out through automated tools.
At any time, you may revoke the consent already given pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulation, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation of consent.
Requests for the modification or deletion of personal data should be addressed in writing to the Controller at the following address: info@lesigneofficial.com.
In any case, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority), pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the applicable law.
