Shipping Costs
Shipments within Italy are made via DHL courier. Shipping costs are covered by Lesigneofficial.com. Shipping times depend on the geographical location of the goods' destination. Generally, all shipments in Italy arrive within 5 days from the date of shipment (excluding holidays). Orders received over the weekend (from Friday afternoon until Sunday night) will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

Shipping Date
Orders are shipped by Lesigneofficial.com from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:00, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

Orders are shipped within the second working day following the day the order was placed.

Shipping Insurance
Lesigneofficial.com shipments are insured according to the general transport conditions. If, for any reason, the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender at the Customer's expense. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by Lesigneofficial.com.

Shipping Documents
As required by international trade regulations, all Lesigneofficial.com shipments are shipped with a tax receipt stating the exact value of the items shipped in euros. It is illegal to declare amounts lower than the actual ones or to request that items be declared as gifts.

Returns and Refunds

How to Return Items
Products purchased can be returned to Lesigneofficial.com within 14 working days from the delivery date. Here's how to request a return: contact Customer Service at the email address acquisti@lesigneofficial.com. Please note that we can only refund products that are returned correctly. If the return does not meet the conditions listed, Lesigneofficial.com cannot issue a refund, and the package will be returned to you at the Customer's expense.
